The exclusive work and trademark of Rodney G. Blossom.
Cephograph stands for 'computer enhanced photograph'.
The artist's original photo, drawing or painting is transferred to the computer "studio" and reworked to his demands and satisfaction. The cephograph is then "fixed in state".
Acting as master printer: the artist selects and employs archival quality materials and techniques. The finished cephographs are signed and numbered. All other copies, files and matrices' are destroyed.
The artist lives in the Kittitas Valley in Washington state. He grew up in Montana on the Rocky Mountain Front. Early art influence was the work of the grand old western artists Remington and Russell. Later the European masters were embraced and studied, particularly Vermeer, Turner and Goya.
The cephograph was a natural blending of the computer as artist's tool and the vision of the artist himself.
Each "ceph" comes with a certificate of "Authenticity and Provenance". |
